Online Presentation Peer Review for Onwuka by Carmen Tucker

No, I would not consider the title of her presentation creative; however, it does offer the audience a preview of the presentation’s content. The title should be something more exciting, rather than a general title that I can find on another presentation about the topics.
Yes, the presentation does offer an introduction that sets up the topic and provides an overview of the main points later explained.
The thesis of the presentation in my own words is, “obesity is a huge issue for American children today, due to poor diets and household issues”. The conclusion, I would say is “in order to end childhood obesity in the United States, school must offer better meals and educate parents on the ways to create healthy, but also cheap diets for their families”.
The main points in the presentation include that single parenthood causes children to adopt poor eating habits, fast food restaurants are often too affordable, causing people to be attracted to them, and many health issues are a result of this.
After viewing her presentation, I am convinced even more that obesity is a huge issue for children in this country, because I already was aware of it but her research proves to me that she also is aware.

I think the title is creative and yes, it does offer the audience a preview of the presentation’s content.
No, this presentation does not include a clear introduction that sets up the topic and provides an overview of the main points.
The thesis, in my own words, is segregation has formed a negative history for this country and integration is more beneficial to the lives of black people. The conclusion, in my own words, is although black people have struggles, we are just as qualified to succeed in life as white people are.
After viewing this presentation, I am not convinced by the presenter’s argument. I think this person is ignorant to certain things in the lives of black people and is acting as if he/she does not see color, which is unrealistic.

No, the title is not creative and does not give the audience a preview of the presentation’s content. However, the use of audio is very unique.
Yes, this presentation includes a very clear introduction and provides an overview of the rest of the presentation.
The thesis, in my own words, is the Atlanta beltline is negatively affecting the residents in the area in many ways, but most significantly, in their finances. The conclusion, in my own words, is although Aimee residents of Atlanta are struggling, due to the existence of the beltline, there are other people in Atlanta to support them and with that support, those that are in need can overcome this obstacle.
After viewing this presentation, I am convinced by the presenter’s argument, because he uses outside sources in the audio and states several facts that I am aware of, which allows me to trust the new information that I learned.
